The New 2016 Lexus LS 460 Puts the Luxury in Luxury Model
If Lexus’ LS brand stands for the best a luxury vehicle can offer, than the new Lexus LS 460 is the paragon of luxury. And, though the body of the new 2016 Lexus LS 460 does, in fact, remain the same as the previous models, it’s all the extra goodies that were added that mark the vehicle as quite the luxury model indeed. That is, just to name a few, the new LS 460 model will allow customers to choose a set of nice run-flat summer tires, additional control buttons on the Remote Touch interface, a greatly improved infotainment system that also offers a full screen navigation system, as well as the all new EnForm service function that allows for drivers to keep up with service items and alerts. Not to mention, Lexus tacked on a new body adhesive, which will certainly come in handy with regard to the vehicle body’s rigidity.
And, oh man, this thing packs on the standard features. I definitely do not have the space to list all the amazing standard luxury features the new 2016 Lexus LS 460 has, but I will touch on a few of the brighter spots. Like, for instance, the vehicle includes a sunroof, power door closers, a rearview camera, cruise control, keyless entry and ignition, and adjustable drive settings. Not to mention, too, automatic and adaptive xenon headlights, LED fog lamps and running lights, auto-dimming and power-folding mirrors, and automatic wipers. Of course, there is more: the vehicle also features power front seats, power seatbelt height adjusters and memory functions, dual-zone automatic climate control, leather upholstery and power tilt-and-telescoping wood and leather steering wheel. Finally, the LS 460 L model features heated and ventilated front seats, a heated steering wheel, a power-closing trunk and power rear sunshade .
Of course, I have not even begun to get into the standard electronics that are offered in the new Lexus LS 460. These include things like Lexus Remote Touch interface that boasts a 12.3-inch display screen, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity, a navigation system, Lexus Enfrom suite of smartphone-integrated apps (which now comes with Enform Remote smartphone control compatible with Apple and Android devices as well as the Siri Eyes Free interface for those of us with newer iPhones), and the Lexus Safety Connect emergency communications system.
And, of course, that is just the standard model. Customers always have the ability to opt for one of the many option packages for the new Lexus vehicle. Needless to say, the new Lexus LS 460 is surely a luxury model vehicle in every sense of the word.
